TERMS OF PAYMENT
All sales are subject to pre-payment unless stated differently.
Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched. You may be contacted if your payment fails our security checks and this will delay the dispatch further.
We use 3rd party couriers for our delivery services and charge their standard rates.
Customers will be informed of delivery charge before ordering.
Currently deliver within Ireland is included in the price of the goods. Special delivery requirements will be calculated based on order weight, special requirements and delivery location.
All orders with products in stock can be dispatched same working day, orders made after 3.00pm are sent next working day.
Our delivery service will deliver your goods Mon-Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our carriers can not give specific delivery times.
COUNTRIES WHERE WE DELIVER TO
We deliver our products in Ireland mainland only.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE
Both private customers and retail customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 2 days of delivery.
Notification of damage or shortages must be made to Easytrack Limited as soon as possible within 2 days of receipt of goods.
Notification of non delivery must be made within 15 days of invoice date.
DPD or Ourselves do not accept liability for any damage to used products in transit.
Easytrack Limited is responsible for:
Replace or repair the damaged or defective products at its cost.
Delivery of the replacement products to the customers at its cost.
We do not accept liability for any loss resulting from the customers failure to comply with the carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non delivery of Goods.
All products offered are subject to availability.
FREE COLLECTION APPLIES ONLY TO LASERS/ CABLE AVOIDANCE TOOLS BOOKED FOR COLLECTION ON 27/11/23, LASER MUST BE BROUGHT TO A POST OFFICE FOR COLLECTION BY DEC 1ST 2023, THEREAFTER WILL BE CHARGED. ONE PER CUSTOMER ONLY.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Where goods are used we are not bound to accept them as a return, if accepted, goods can no longer be sold "as new" and a 10% restocking charge will be deducted from from the total value of your product.
We are not legally bound to accept returns for non-faulty items and this is done as an gesture of good will.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Damaged goods
- Goods Which have been defaced or engraved
- Special order products ( some may be accepted)
- Second Hand Products ( some may be accepted)
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are liable for the cost of shipping and this will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

The Terms & Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Easytrack Survey Limited regarding your use of this Site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and Garden Chalet Limited in relation to such matters. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall govern. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of the Terms & Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Terms & Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the Terms & Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the Terms & Conditions save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Terms & Conditions.
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
The Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
